San Pedro and San Clemente roads converge at the lot, wrapping and climbing around it. Three of the four sides of the lot are bounded by road, leaving only one short shared lot line. The neighboring house to that side hunkers into the hillside and turns to face away. The result is a lot that occupies its own private island of space.
